The Guide

By tomorrow morning, you could have one AI employee actually working.

You are already using AI.That is not the problem.

The problem is that it answers a question and then forgets you exist. You retype the same context every morning. You explain your business again. You get back something competent and generic, and then you rewrite it so it sounds like you.

You are likely using it as a chatbot to generate content or to help you strategize. That is a tool that waits to be picked up.

An employee is different. An employee has a job, a trigger that starts it, and a written record of how your business actually runs. You give it one short instruction and it knows the rest.

What you will have when you finish

A Claude account set up properly

Including the account-wide setting almost nobody fills in.

Your calendar, email, and files connected

So it works from what is real rather than from what it guesses.

Your Business Brain written down

The document that answers “it doesn’t sound like me” for good.

Your first AI employee, a morning brief assistant

That pulls your day together in about a minute.

You’ve downloaded a hundred different lead magnets.

I know. They are in a folder. So are mine.

Here is what is different about the order of this one. The first step takes sixty seconds and then runs in the background for up to a week while you get on with everything else. The last step hands you something that works the following morning.

This guide starts you from square one if you have never opened a Claude account. It helps you:

  • set up your full account
  • choose which plan
  • transfer your ChatGPT data
  • create projects
  • connect different apps
  • build your first AI employee, your morning brief assistant

Each part builds off the last piece, so this guide is sequenced in order of how to build this from start to finish. You can start and stop at any point, or you can start it now and pick up a week later.

You do not finish this guide with notes and a to-do list. You finish it with a working employee.

Nine parts in order for how you need to approach this guide

PartWhat it does
0The one thing to do today, because it can take a week to come back
1Set up Claude, and pick the right plan without overbuying
2Teach Claude who you are so that it remembers for every conversation you will ever have
3Connect your calendar, email, and files
4Bring your notes and to-do list to Claude
5Unpack years of your AI conversations from other apps, and keep the useful parts
6Build your first Project, the room that remembers
7Write your Business Brain, eight sections
8Your morning brief, with the prompt and how to sharpen it
9Where to go next

One time. Instant download. Twenty-four pages, and the parts you actually need are marked so you can skip the rest.

You do not need to be technical

No code

If you can fill in a form, you can do this.

Every path written out

Each setting is named, so you can find it even after a menu moves.

Templates for everything you have to write

Copy, paste, replace the brackets.

Feeling frustrated that it doesn’t sound like you?

The usual fixes are a better prompt and a voice sample. Both are real and both are half of it.

The other half is that your business has never been written down. How you decide, how you price, how you win, what you refuse. It lives in your head, so nothing can read it.

Part 7 walks you through writing it in about 45 minutes and then gives you prompt ideas to have Claude interview you to fill the gaps. It does not have to be perfect, just get some things down.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You run a business and everything routes through you
  • You are already using AI and seeing no real change from it
  • You want the setup done properly once, rather than another list of tools

This is not for you if:

  • You want someone else to do it for you. This is a guide you work through
  • You are looking for an AI course. This builds one specific thing

Questions people ask before they buy

Do I need to pay for Claude?

You can start on a free account and get through the first two parts. Parts 3 and 8 use connectors, and Claude’s own documentation disagrees with itself about whether those are available on the free plan, so the guide recommends Pro at $20 a month.

How long does this take?

That depends on how comfortable you already are with AI. Some people work straight through in one sitting. Others do a part a morning and take a week over it.

Does this work with ChatGPT?

The guide is written for Claude, because that is what these systems are built on. There is a section on bringing your ChatGPT history across so years of your thinking come with you.

I am not technical. Is this going to be over my head?

There is no code. Every setting is named rather than described by where a button sat, so you can find it even if the menu has moved.

What do I actually get?

A 24-page PDF, delivered instantly. It includes the templates, the prompts, and the checklists, so nothing else is needed to finish it.

Is there a refund?

No. Digital products get downloaded and never opened all the time, and a refund policy on a $27 guide mostly rewards that. Everything the guide contains is described above, so you can decide before you buy.

Your first employee starts tomorrow morning

Set it up once, and the setup is done for every employee you build after this one.
