We meet Thursdays at 11am Pacific, 12pm Mountain, 1pm Central and 2pm Eastern, starting with setup on November 5. Every session is recorded, and the replay and installation package go up within 24 hours.

Your book stays yours.
Nothing in this program asks you to let AI write your book, your chapters, or your talks. Your Chief Publicity Officer works on getting your book seen: it finds podcasts and stages that fit you, researches the host, and drafts a pitch that you edit and send yourself. Your manuscript never has to go into Claude or ChatGPT at all. In our very first session, we turn off the setting that lets the AI company use your chats to train its models.

Hi, I'm Marybeth.
My background is in interior design and sustainable building, and I've been running my own business for seven years. For most of those years, I've helped women entrepreneurs organize and streamline their businesses so they can have more freedom. I'm based in Vancouver and I work with women all over the world.
I'm not a coder or a developer, and I have zero desire to become one. Today I have 80 AI employees across 8 departments in my business.
I built every one of them myself, with no technical background and no team, while running a second business. Now I teach women to build their own, step by step, with me right there on the screen.

What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is an AI assistant you set up once to do one job in your business the way you'd do it, with your voice, your rules, and your calendar or inbox behind it. You open it, ask for the work, and it does that job every time. In Hire & Train you build 8: an Executive Assistant and a Chief Publicity Officer, plus the 6 AI employees who report to them.
What does an AI Executive Assistant do?
Yours writes you a Morning Brief from your real calendar and inbox, plans your week, protects your focus time, and preps you for meetings. You build it with me on November 12 and use it the next morning.
What does an AI Chief Publicity Officer do?
It finds podcasts, stages and media that fit you, fills out the applications, and alerts you when each one is ready for you to review. It's built for coaches, speakers and authors who want to be seen more without hiring a publicist.
I'm not techy. Can I really do this?
Yes. You build every step live with me, on your own screen, and nothing needs code. If you can copy, paste and click, you can build all 8 AI employees.
I use ChatGPT. Can I still do this?
Yes. I build in Claude because that's where my own AI employees live, and everything we build transfers to ChatGPT. Bring whichever one you already pay for.
What do I need?
A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan (about US$20 a month), a Mac or Windows computer, and your email and calendar. Gmail and Google Calendar or Outlook and Microsoft calendar both work.
Can I still join after November 5?
Yes. Enrollment is open until the first build session on Thursday, November 12. Watch the setup replay before then and you're ready to build with us. The refund window closes November 11, so if you join on November 12, your purchase is final.
What if I miss a session?
The replay and installation package go up within 24 hours, and you bring your questions to the next implementation session.
How much time will this take between sessions?
Plan on 1 to 2 hours a week to use and adjust what you built.
Is my information safe?
We turn off model training in your settings on day one. Keep confidential client files out of Claude and ChatGPT, and remember your AI employees only draft, so nothing gets sent without you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Come to the setup session on November 5 (or watch the replay). If it isn't right for you, email me by Wednesday, November 11 at 11:59pm Pacific for a full refund. After that, all sales are final, including enrollments on November 12.
