You already use AI.Your revenue looks about the same.

It writes your captions, drafts your emails, and gets you past the blank page. Your content’s faster than it was a year ago.

This year the Cherie Blair Foundation, Intuit and the World Bank surveyed more than 3,000 women business owners. 69% said AI saves them time, and that time isn’t turning into growth. Only 33% of frequent users have pointed it at their operations. Most of it stays in marketing.

The org chart shows what it looks like when AI runs the operations of a business too, department by department.

What’s inside the org chart

The whole org chart on one page

8 departments, each with a head and the managers who report to that head.

A page for every department

One line on every head, manager and employee, so you can spot the one that’d help you first.

The 26 that run on a schedule

What runs every morning, every weekday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and monthly, without me asking.

Where to start

The first three employees I’d build in your business, in order.

My Thursday content chain, hour by hour

Every Thursday, six of my AI employees build that week’s content, each one picking up what the last one finished. Thursday’s one of my two meeting days, so all of this happens while I’m on calls.

TimeWhat happens
10:00 AMThe AI Coach reads the week’s AI newsletters and writes my private report: what changed, what it means for me, and what to skip.
11:05 AMThe Analytics Analyst and Trend Researcher report last week’s numbers and this week’s trends.
11:30 AMThe Blog Writer turns one idea from that report into a how-to post and publishes it to my blog.
1:15 PMThe Content Director builds my content playbook and Friday’s LinkedIn newsletter issue.
3:00 PMThe Newsletter Editor writes Insider Secrets for my inner circle and loads it into my email marketing platform.
4:15 PMThe Blog Writer writes my second blog post and schedules it for Monday morning.

Friday night, I read the newsletter, change what I want, and hit send.

  • You want someone to build it all for you without your input

Marybeth Welty

Marybeth Welty builds the AI systems that give women entrepreneurs time, location, and financial freedom. A mathematician turned interior designer, she now designs AI employees that do real work, so business owners can free up their capacity for more income-generating work, start a new project like a book, a podcast, or a new offer, or lower their operating costs.

She has taught, trained and coached hundreds of women, and has been in business since 2019. She’s based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and as an avid traveler, she runs her business from wherever she happens to be in the world.

Women who have worked with me

Jennifer Sifert, leadership mentor, speaker and bestselling author

“I love [working with Marybeth]. I’m developing my speaking podcast collaborations, and anything I need to book or fill out a form for, I’ve given it a few different forms that need different information and it’s creating all my assets. It’s just awesome.

I took my chapter from the multi-author book I was in and got it to brand it for me. It looks amazing.

I feel like space opening up. I’m literally doing bookkeeping right now and working in Claude at the same time. Yesterday I had it working for me doing two or three different things while I was doing other things. I’m seeing what’s possible.”

Jennifer Sifert Leadership Mentor, Speaker and #1 International Bestselling Author
Miranda Mathewson, women's health coach and founder of The Women's Wellness Tribe

“Over and over I’d hit a wall I was completely certain had no answer, and you’d have the solution and then patiently walk me through it. Every single time, and I saw you do it with the others as well. The patience is the part. Plenty of people know the answer; not many will stay with you while you actually get it.

It also got me completely hooked on Claude, in the best possible way, and that alone has changed how I run my days.

It was well worth the price. What I learned from you is genuinely changing my business and honestly my life, and I don’t throw that around.”

Miranda Mathewson Women’s Health Coach and founder, The Women’s Wellness Tribe
Christine Lennips, herbalist at It's About You

“I am so glad that I met Marybeth. With Marybeth’s guidance and instructions, I’ve done more with my office than I’ve done in years. You’re going to save yourself months, and maybe even years by doing this program. Don’t do it on your own.”

Christine Lennips Herbalist, It’s About You
Kaye Crammond, wellness expert and nutrition mentor

“Marybeth and I connected over 3 years ago. I engaged her services 1 month ago and I am kicking goals because of her. Marybeth’s methodical and calming approach works for me and I have no doubt for you too.”

Kaye Crammond Multi-Business Owner, Wellness Expert, Nutrition Mentor
Anastasia Olsen, CEO of Windsong Business Services

“Marybeth has a wonderfully calm personality, it’s like she carries serenity around with her.”
